About our delivery service
There are two delivery options:
- AnPost Standard Mail - €2.50 - This is for amber jewellery and Hevea Dummies/Pacifiers Only
- AnPost Parcel Express - €5.00 - This is for everything else Delivery is free on all orders over €65.00
What Else?
- We deliver within 2 working days (Monday - Friday).
- All orders are processed and sent from our warehouse in West Cork (just outside Bantry).
Please Allow Up To 2 Working Days but the service is very reliable - We ONLY ship within the island of Ireland to get maximum reliability on ALL our shipments large or small.
We only use the very reliable AnPost Parcel Express service for our deliveries We tend to use recycled packaging whenever possible. This is how we keep our prices rock bottom. New packaging costs a fortune!!
Please note: We don't ship orders on weekends and bank holidays but we process over this time so they're all shiny and ready for the next working days collection from the warehouse. An email may be sent at odd times over the weekend to tell you that it is packed and awaiting shipment when a tracking number will be sent to you along with a link to trace it in real time with AnPost Express.
SECURITY
All credit card transactions from this site are processed using 128bit encryption using Stripe - PayPal is also available. Payments and orders can be taken over the phone also. WhatsApp us on 00353 86 7951312
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that the goods you receive from us are faulty or of the wrong specification, please notify us immediately and we will arrange a refund or exchange of goods. The refund will be carried out as soon as the goods have been received and checked.
Please note: You will have to bear the cost of the return postage and ensure that there is sufficient insurance to cover any damage which may be sustained in transit as it will be customers responsibility until we receive the goods. If the item was faulty or any item wrongly shipped, we will organise it to be collected at no cost to you. We highly recommend you use a Registered Service as items do go missing!! If the issue is a fault, we will cover the cost but if not we charge a return fee of €6.25 which will be deducted from the total when we receive the item
