We deliver throughout the island of Ireland from our West Cork warehouse, including every county in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Delivery Costs and Times
- DPD delivery: €5.95 on orders under €70.
- Free DPD delivery on orders of €70 or more.
- An Post small package: €2.95 for Baltic amber jewellery only. Delivery normally takes 2–4 working days.
Orders placed before 12 noon, Monday to Friday, are processed the same working day. Please allow up to 2 working days for DPD delivery. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.
We ship only within the island of Ireland. This includes the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland; we do not deliver to mainland Great Britain.
Packaging and Order Tracking
We use recycled packaging whenever possible. When tracking is available, we will email your tracking number after the order has been packed.
30-Day Returns Policy
You may return unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Nappies must be returned as full, unopened packets. Customers are responsible for return postage unless an item is faulty or incorrect.
For faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, please contact us promptly. We will arrange a refund, exchange or collection at no cost to you. Refunds are processed after the returned goods have been received and checked.
Please use a registered or tracked postal service because returned goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.
