About our delivery service
There are two delivery options:
- AnPost Small Package - €2.95. This is for Baltic amber jewellery only. Please note, this can take between 2 and 4 working days. DPD can also be selected for the next working day (recommended)
- DPD NEXT WORKING DAY delivery is free on all orders over €70.00; otherwise it is €5.95
- Unused Nappy Returns are processed through AnPost Online Returns and incur a cost of €5.50, which we deduct from the total once we receive them in our warehouse. Please note...We can only accept FULL packets.

What Else?
- We deliver within 2 working days (Monday - Friday).
- All orders are processed and sent from our warehouse in West Cork (just outside Bantry).
Please Allow Up To 2 Working Days, but the service is very reliable. We ONLY ship within the island of Ireland to get maximum reliability on ALL our shipments, large or small.
We only use DPD Next Working Day service for our deliveries. We tend to use recycled packaging whenever possible. This is how we keep our prices rock bottom. New packaging costs a fortune!!
Please note: We don't ship orders on weekends and bank holidays, but we process over this time, so they're all shiny and ready for the next working day collection from the warehouse. An email may be sent at odd times over the weekend to tell you that it is packed and awaiting shipment, when a tracking number will be sent to you along with a link to trace it in real time with AnPost Express.
SECURITY
All credit card transactions from this site are processed using 128bit encryption, and Stripe, Apple Pay, and PayPal are also available. Payments and orders can also be taken over the phone.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that the goods you receive from us are faulty or of the wrong specification, please notify us immediately, and we will arrange a refund or exchange. The refund will be carried out as soon as the goods have been received and checked.
Please note that you will need to cover the return postage and ensure there is sufficient insurance to cover any transit damage. It will be your responsibility until we receive the goods. If the item was faulty or you received the wrong items, we will organise it to be collected at no cost to you.

If the issue is a fault, we will cover the cost, but if not, we charge a return fee of €6.25, which will be deducted from the total when we receive the item
