About our delivery service 

There are two delivery options:

  • AnPost Standard Mail - €2.50 - This is for amber jewellery and Hevea Dummies/Pacifiers Only
  • DPD, AnPost or Fastway Couriers Delivery -  €5 - This is for everything else
  • We deliver within 2 working days (Monday - Friday). If you choose Courier, please check emails which will give you a link to track in real time. There is a €2.50 for Amber Jewellery only. We charge a flat rate of €4.50 for Courier delivery on ALL orders under €65. We subsidise our shipping as it costs slightly more and we also subsidise the cost of packaging so it arrives to you safely in our Eco / Recycled Packaging. We will always reuse boxes so things may not be so pretty sometimes. I’m sure you’ll understand.

Please Allow Up To 2 Working Days but the service is very reliable - We ONLY ship within the island of Ireland to get maximum reliability on ALL our shipments large or small.

We use a few couriers DPD, AnPost Express or Fastway for our deliveries We tend to use recycled packaging whenever possible. This is how we keep our prices rock bottom. New packaging costs a fortune!!

Please note: We don't ship orders on weekends and bank holidays but we process over this time so they're all shiny and ready for the next working day's collection from the warehouse. An email may be sent at odd times over the weekend to tell you that it is packed and awaiting shipment when a tracking number will be sent to you along with a link to trace it in real time with Greenway Couriers.

All credit card transactions from this site are processed using 128bit encryption using Stripe PayPal is also available. Sorry, we do not take payments over the phone.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that the goods you receive from us are faulty or of the wrong specification, please notify us immediately and we will arrange a refund or exchange of goods. The refund will be carried out as soon as the goods have been received and checked.

Please note: You will have to bear the cost of the return postage and ensure that there is sufficient insurance to cover any damage which may be sustained in transit as it will be customers responsibility until we receive the goods. If the item was faulty or any item wrongly shipped, we will organise it to be collected at no cost to you. We highly recommend you use a Registered Service as items do go missing!!
