About our delivery service

DPD deliver within 2 working days (Monday - Friday) We can arrange a Saturday delivery at an extra small charge. Please check email updates and or text Delivery (2 hour predict delivery window) is FREE on all orders of €100 and over, or on any order when you opt to Click & Collect from our ware house. We charge a flat rate of €5.00 for Courier delivery on orders under €100.

Our Amber Jewellery and other items have FREE shipping. Please Allow 2 - 3 Working Days. You can opt in for a courier so you get a more reliable delivery (Best way)

We use DPD couriers on all larger items. You'll get two emails, the first letting you know it's been collected from our ware house and is on it's way, the second from DPD giving you the tracking number and a two hour delivery window for the next day service.

We tend to use recycled packaging whenever possible. This is how we keep our prices rock bottom. New packaging costs a fortune!!

Please note: We don't ship orders on weekends and bank holidays.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that the goods you receive from us are faulty or of the wrong specification, please notify us immediately and we will arrange a refund or exchange of goods. The refund will be carried out as soon as the goods have been received and checked.

Please note: You will have to bear the cost of the return postage and ensure that there is sufficient insurance to cover any damage which may be sustained in transit as it will be customers responsibility until we receive the goods. If the item was faulty or any item wrongly shipped, we will organize it to be collected at no cost to you. We highly recommend you use a Registered Service as items do go missing!!
