Coronavirus - Covid-19:
Update 16th March: Everything is operating as normal but we ask you not come to our warehouse to collect. For now we only deliver via courier or AnPost :-)

Update 20th March: All deliveries will be made with 'Contactless Delivery'. No need to sign the couriers scanner until further notice
Update 23rd March: Please be patient with deliveries as there may be a short delay. This may run into a 2 day delivery
Update 16th April: Everything is operating without issue and we will be able to process all orders if placed before 2pm that day
Update 18th April: Before shipping, we clean all exterior packaging and then completely wrap in a recyclable plastic film.
Update 1st May: We will ship all orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday but please allow up to 5 working days for your delivery. Happy Beltane :-)
About our delivery service
We deliver within 2 working days (Monday - Friday). Please check emails which will give you a link to track in real time. We charge a flat rate of €5.00 for Courier delivery on ALL orders under €100 - You can, however, choose €2.00 (AnPost Small Packet) if only amber is being ordered. This will take a day longer to arrive, and have no tracking available. Free Shipping within the island of Ireland on orders €100 and over. We subsidise our shipping as it costs slightly more and we also subsidise the cost of packaging so it arrives to you safely in our Eco Packaging
Please Allow Up To 2 Working Days but the service is very reliable - We ONLY ship within the island of Ireland to get maximum reliability on ALL our shipments large or small.
We use Fastway couriers and AnPost Express on all our deliveries but you can choose a non courier method if only amber is ordered.
We tend to use recycled packaging whenever possible. This is how we keep our prices rock bottom. New packaging costs a fortune!!
Please note: We don't ship orders on weekends and bank holidays.
All credit card transactions from this site are processed using 128bit encryption using Stripe - PayPal is also available.
In the unlikely event that the goods you receive from us are faulty or of the wrong specification, please notify us immediately and we will arrange a refund or exchange of goods. The refund will be carried out as soon as the goods have been received and checked.
Please note: You will have to bear the cost of the return postage and ensure that there is sufficient insurance to cover any damage which may be sustained in transit as it will be customers responsibility until we receive the goods. If the item was faulty or any item wrongly shipped, we will organize it to be collected at no cost to you. We highly recommend you use a Registered Service as items do go missing!!
