HEVEA began in Copenhagen, where Hevea's founder , Terese, started the journey in 2008. The company and their first collection officially launched in 2009, inspired by a very real need. When Terese became a mother to her firstborn, Augusta, she struggled to find baby products that matched her values. Almost everything on the market was made from plastic or silicone, and none of it felt like the natural, safe choice she wanted for her child.

That search led her to natural rubber a renewable, strong, and durable material tapped gently from the Hevea tree. She fell in love with its potential. Together with a talented designer, Terese created the very first product: The HEVEA pacifier. A small idea that grew into something much bigger.

From the beginning, HEVEA products were never made just to consume, they were made to serve a real purpose and respond to real needs. Whether it’s for babies, for dogs, or for period care, every product exists because there was a genuine gap to fill with a natural, responsible alternative.

Since then, HEVEA has expanded far beyond that first pacifier. What began as a baby brand has grown into a wider lifestyle universe, offering natural alternatives that replace plastic wherever possible.
